Shipping & Refund Policy

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for all countries are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination country, selected shipping method, and parcel parameters (weight, size, and value).
Shipping rates may change due to carrier pricing updates, seasonal adjustments, or other external factors beyond our control.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once the order is shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number via the provided email or contact details.

International Shipping & Customs

For international shipments, please note the following:
Customs duties, taxes, import fees, or any additional charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
All customs-related charges are determined by the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
JOSS Cosmetics has no control over customs procedures, clearance processes, or their duration.

Responsibility After Dispatch

Once the parcel has been handed over to the shipping carrier and dispatched outside the country of origin:
JOSS is not responsible for delivery timelines, shipping delays, customs procedures, parcel status updates, or final delivery.

After dispatch, all inquiries related to the shipment — including delays, customs clearance, fees, or delivery status — must be resolved directly by the customer with:

  • the shipping carrier,

  • customs authorities, or

  • any other legal or physical entities involved in the delivery process.

From the carrier’s side, all obligations regarding shipment transportation are considered fulfilled; therefore, issues related to compensation or liability after dispatch cannot be resolved positively.

Delivery Delays

Estimated delivery times are approximate and may vary due to:

  • customs inspections,

  • operations of local postal or courier services,

  • public holidays, or

  • force majeure circumstances.

Unfortunately, we are unable to influence or expedite such delays.

Unclaimed or Undelivered Parcels

If a parcel is not received, returned, or undelivered due to the customer’s failure to communicate with the shipping carrier or customs authorities, any reshipment or refund will be handled at the customer’s expense.

Refund Policy

Refunds are possible only if the parcel is physically returned to us and received by our warehouse.

Once the returned parcel is received and inspected, the refund amount will be calculated after deducting all related expenses, including but not limited to:

  • shipping costs,

  • customs duties and taxes,

  • carrier fees,

  • and any other costs incurred during shipment and return.

Refunds are processed only after the return inspection is completed.
If the parcel is not physically returned to us, no refund will be issued.
