Frequently Asked Questions
Can I place a smaller trial order?
Your first order has a reduced minimum of €450. It is enough to test several products and shades and see how your customers respond.
How do I pay?
We issue a proforma invoice, and orders are shipped after 100% prepayment by bank transfer.
Where do you ship from?
All partner orders are shipped from our warehouse in Poland. Delivery cost depends on the weight of the order and the destination, and we confirm it before you pay.
Do you offer exclusivity in my region?
Exclusivity and regional representation are possible and are granted on the basis of a partner's results.
Will you provide photos and content?
Yes. After the partnership agreement is signed, we share product photos, videos and texts together with guidelines for their use.
Do you work with competition organisers?
Yes. Proposals for events, sponsorship and collaborations are reviewed individually and agreed in writing. Please see our Company Policy.
